This service is only available to AFA & ABA Members. When you call to engage the service you will be asked to provide your business name.

Steps to engage DNA support are:

Preferential Rates for Service and Support 

Recruitment is such an important function it needs to be done correctly. In recent studies of Human Resources professionals, the average cost of recruiting an entry level job is $9772. These HR teams are professionals within their industry with knowledge and access to tech tools pivotal to successful outcomes. When a business owner spends time recruiting, the cost associated with seeking staff will be at the expense of time better spent on revenue generating activities. 


All businesses utilising the member only option for Permanent Recruitment will receive access to free advice, free scope of works analysis alongside quotes for service for each job. Along with this service you will be entitled to all advertising, access to extensive DNA database and industry networks as well as the 10% discount on all permanent placements.

*Typical $60,000 per annum job will entitle all members to a discount of $1386.00 per placement.     


You will get pre-screened candidates referred for you to potentially meet for interview in the Part Process Permanent Recruitment option. This discounted candidate process could save you thousands of $$ with a referred long list of people who have responded to or have shown interest in your specific job. 


If you have a need for casual staff the On-hired option will get you the people needed to cover short term needs or staff absenteeism for your business.

Part Process Permanent Recruitment

Member submits online request for support 


  • Quote for ongoing Recruitment support

  • Discounted from ad-hoc rate

  • Discovery session with member to determine project need and scope. 

    Advertise on multiple job boards (SEEK, Adzuna, Indeed, Jora Trovit, Careerone) screen application response & refer longlist.

    Special rate $3250 per job only accessible to members


**Member submits online request Advertising roles 


  • Member is sent a proposal for the job fill which includes paying on-hired staff.

  • Price will vary based on award rate and job type.

    Members will receive 10% discount on full hourly fees
